We collect information you provide when creating a Fitnezze account, including your name, email address, and Google profile data. Fitness inputs such as progress logs, workout history, measurements, and photos you upload remain private to your account.
Technical data (IP address, browser, device, usage events) is collected through analytics to improve the product.
We use your data to deliver the plans you purchase, generate progress reports, sync workouts, and operate the account dashboard. We also use it to improve Fitnezze, prevent abuse, and send transactional emails about your account and purchases.
Payments are processed by our payment partners (Pakasir, Tripay, Lemon Squeezy). We do not store full card details on our servers. We retain transaction records (plan, amount, status, timestamp) for accounting and support.
We do not sell your data. We share limited data with service providers that help us run Fitnezze (Supabase for storage, analytics, email, payment) under confidentiality agreements. We may disclose data if required by law.
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Some records (transactions, tax filings) must be kept for the period required by Indonesian law.
You can access, update, or delete your data from your account dashboard. For requests we cannot fulfil in the app, email [email protected] and we will respond within 14 days.
